Add a Grievance

In Simply Stakeholders, create a new Complaint and add the required details, including communication method, date, confidentiality, assigned user, due date, priority, and any other custom fields for grievances. Enter or link further information such as the owner, stakeholder(s), tags, files, and the Interaction Manager who is responsible for the complaint.

Add Tasks

Issue tags will be automatically applied to the complaint record, allowing you to analyze the key issues or themes of complaints. Add one or more follow up tasks and assign them to the relevant team member. Set up automatic notifications and reminders to ensure you meet KPIs for response and resolution times.

Resolve Grievance

Set out any key steps in your formal grievance process in Custom Fields and mark them off as each one is completed. Monitor progress towards resolution via your Reports dashboard.
